Networking: Dynamics of creating a digital event

 

This is a dynamic floor plan of an ideal digital event.  The network is configured to deliver Speaker Support, to publish agenda changes and messaging, and to distribute high-speed Internet access for Webcasting, kiosks, track rooms and onsite registration.  The results are more efficient delivery of content both onsite and to Web attendees, streamlining of communications between home office and ASPs for onsite business, and the creation of a more content rich, better managed, attendee-focused event.
 

Meetings and training can also be held "virtually" without any physical meeting space. Whether centered around a location or not, Digital Events allow remote attendees to join activities interactively or learn at their own pace. This extends the reach of digital events far beyond conventional sessions. Archived meetings can be stored for later review by participants unable to attend scheduled events.
