Tita Beal - Content Architecture
Tita writes corporate messages for interactive electronic communications in the areas of marketing, e-business, client education and employee training. She picks experts' brains painlessly then designs ways to transfer their knowledge and skills to others in whatever voice and style each client requires. She assists in mapping the navigation for the content architecture and writes interactive text, scripts (audio or video) and simulations for websites, CD ROMs, laptop presentations and kiosks. She has also designed and written over fifty interactive video scripts for sales and product training as well as traditional video scripts, case studies, role play exercises and simulation activities.
Her previous work, through multimedia producers, ad agencies and training firms, has included the design and development of corporate communications and educational programs for financial institutions (Bank of NY, Bankers Trust, Chemical Bank, Chase, Citibank, Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, NatWest, PaineWebber, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Prudential-Bache and others), pharmaceutical companies (Astra-Zeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Parke-Davis, Roche, Sandoz, Wyeth-Ayerst and others) as well as firms in a variety of industries.
She is a member of the Writers Guild/East, the Writers Roundtable, American Society for Training & Development and the Dramatists Guild as well as the International Interactive Communications Society.
