Rob Winter combines
his extensive creative, technical and marketing communication abilities
in the design and development of digital and print media. With an empirical
understanding of corporate imagery, Rob is able to adapt the best of the
graphic design world and blend it with state of the art media technologies.
He is a specialist in Flash, animation, interactive design and illustration.
With over 20 years of experience, Rob has created complex business-to-business
marketing and promotional materials for a variety of clients including
Chase Bank, Kimberly-Clark, Lexis-Nexis Publishing, McGraw-Hill, NBC,
Prudential Securities, CBS, Lever Brothers and Cantor Fitzgerald/eSpeed. Rob has extensive
interest and knowledge in art history and earlier design eras. This allows
a blend of current and classic design principles to create a unique yet
appropriate solution.
He received a degree
in Fine Arts from Long Island University at Southampton and earned a Masters
degree in Media Arts from the School of Visual Arts in New York City.
He has lectured and chaired seminars about digital graphics since 1986
in both New York City and London. A Fine Artist in painting
and drawing, his other interests include archeology, paleontology and
a fascination with puzzles. Rob lives in New York City with his wife and
two children.
